Not yet. Signed I-9 Section 1, HR Section 2 desk with SLA tracking, and audit-ready evidence packs ship today. E-Verify is targeted for Q4 2026 as a Pro add-on.
Can we complete I-9 Section 2 for a fully remote hire?
Not through NewHirePack alone today. Auto Identity does not replace examining original documents. Remote I-9 under the DHS alternative procedure is targeted for Q1 2027.
Do you auto-file state new-hire reports?
No. We track NHR due dates and export a CSV you upload to your state portal. Auto-file is a 2027 build.
