NewHirePack provides electronic US hire-time forms (W-4, I-9 Section 1, state withholding, W-9), e-sign, storage, audit trails, and an I-9 Section 2 desk workflow. It is not payroll, HRIS, E-Verify, legal advice, or a substitute for examining original I-9 documents.
You remain the employer (or payer) responsible for Form I-9, tax withholding elections, new-hire reporting, worker classification, and any ICE or agency inspection. Software does not transfer that duty.
No unlawful hiring, no impersonation, no attempting to complete I-9 Section 2 without examining original documents, no abuse of the service.
A hire pack is one completed employee pack or one W-9 contractor pack. Solo credits, monthly allowances, overage, and identity verification fees are as published on pricing. Fees are USD. Refunds: unused Solo DayOne Link credits auto-refund if the hire does not complete within 30 days; other fees follow the published commercial terms and applicable law.
Electronic signatures and audit logs are intended to support a defensible record. We do not warrant that any court or agency will accept a particular file.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCJ Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for fines arising from your I-9 or tax compliance failures. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
