NewHirePack is operated by RCJ Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@touch2sign.info.

2. Data we collect

Employer account and billing data (name, email, company, plan, payment tokens held by our payment partner).
Hire and contractor profile data you or the worker enter (name, contact, SSN/TIN, address, work authorization fields as required for I-9/W-4/W-9).
Signed form PDFs, timestamps, IP/device metadata for the audit trail.
Optional identity-verification results if you enable Auto Identity.
Waitlist and support emails.

3. How we use it

To provide hire packs, e-sign, storage, I-9 Desk workflows, evidence certificates, billing, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Contract performance, legal obligation (I-9 retention and tax records), and legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention. Identity checks only when you enable them.

5. Storage

Application hosting and object storage with our cloud providers. I-9 records are retained on a separate retention class from ordinary documents.

6. Retention

Form I-9: three years after the date of hire, or one year after employment ends, whichever is later (employer obligation). Tax forms follow your employer record policy. Waitlist contacts: until you ask us to delete them or the campaign ends.

7. Sharing

Sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, email, SMS, payments, optional identity vendor). Your organisation’s authorised users. Law enforcement where required.

8. Your rights

US state privacy rights vary. Email hello@touch2sign.info to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to I-9 and tax retention law.

9. Children

The service is for employers and adult workers. It is not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page. Material changes will be notified to the billing email where practicable.
